Curiosity Day: Robotics

April’s theme is Robotics!
Investigate the physics behind robots, program your friends, and explore the challenges of manipulation. Recommended for ages 7+, included with museum admission.

We also welcome learners age 7 and up to join us for a free workshop to build their own machine. Use common household materials to make a moving robot arm using just air pressure.

Time slots available for workshop: 1pm, 2pm and 3pm

Dive deeper into a topic during our monthly Curiosity Days. This family-friendly STEM event includes hands-on activities suitable for ages 7+. A fun and educational science program included with admission.

Want to explore more? The whole museum, including mess kits, is available for open exploration from 10 AM – 5 PM on Saturday. Come early, stay late, and bring all ages!
