Science in the Library brings mini-exhibits to media centers in elementary schools for short-term loans. Each activity is connected to a story, befitting the installation in a library. Two sets of activities are available. One, Science Discovery, covers a broad range of science and math topics, from light, geometry, forces and motion, and more. The other, funded by a grant from Sunday’s Child, is titled Where Does It Fit? and focuses on perception, perspective, and patterns.

Each kit is loaned for a two week window. Activities are suitable for all elementary school ages.

Applications are available for schools that wish to host this exhibit in their media center during the 2023-2024 school year.
